Discover the Motivators report!

Just as the DISC assessment predicts “how” someone will behave, the Motivators assessment explains “why”.

Motivators Analysis is the perfect complement to DISC behaviour assessment!

The Motivator Analysis measures and evaluates the seven dimensions of the motivational factors that are present in each of us. Where the DISC analysis describes how an individual behaves, the Driving Forces analysis tells us why they do so.

Why are motivators important to understand a person’s motivational factors?

Driving forces influence our behaviour and actions, they can be considered as a hidden motivation, because they are not easily perceptible. Why is it important to understand the motivations? Simply because motivations are linked to personal values and what gives meaning to life. A person’s performance level and satisfaction is higher when his or her motivations and values are satisfied by what he or she does or by environmental factors, such as management style.

Being able to measure and understand how and why someone acts is crucial to understand:

  • The reasons why a candidate can succeed in a particular job.
  • This can lead to an employee or team investing more and thus becoming more efficient in the long term.
  • How to motivate a team?
  • Increase the motivation of each employee to work.
  • Sources of conflicts in the workplace or misunderstandings between people.
  • This can enable a leader to consciously provide effective and appropriate leadership.

7 dimensions for a more detailed analysis

Our Motivators: By identifying the reasons that distinguish the “Political” and “Individualistic” dimensions, our instrument allows for greater analytical finesse. The report provides a detailed analysis of the 7 dimensions in relation to the results of each user. It gives an overview of the main strengths, describes the different ways in which they are expressed and makes suggestions for personal development.

The seven universal dimensions

Perfect complement to a DISC analysis, the Motivator Analysis measures and evaluates the seven motivational dimensions present in each of us.

Where DISC analysis describes how an individual behaves, Motivators  analysis tells us why he or she does so. Being able to measure and understand how and why someone is acting is crucial to understanding:

  • The reasons why a candidate can succeed in a given position
  • This can lead an employee or team to invest more, and therefore in the long run to be more efficient
  • Sources of potential conflict or misunderstanding between individuals
  • This can enable a leader to consciously exercise effective leadership

A more detailed analysis

Our Motivators Analysis measures 7 motivational dimensions, rather than the 6 standard dimensions. By establishing the reasons that distinguish the “Political” and “Individualistic” dimensions, our tool allows for greater analytical finesse.

The report provides a detailed analysis of the 7 dimensions in relation to each user’s results.  It presents its key strengths, describes the different ways in which they are expressed and provides suggestions for personal development.
